Masterton, Nov. 13. ' Cricketers in the Wairarapa were fay? oured with ideal spring weather for thur matches on Saturday afternoon. In tne senior competition, United scored a twopoint win. over Old Boys, and Lansdowne defeated High School by 33 runs on the first innings., The best individual score was a' 73 by a High School boy, B. Welch. (United v. ; Old Boys. . Having knocked up 39(1 runs for seven wickets the previous Saturday, United permitted Old Boys to go to the’ c on the resumption of play. The latter scored 205, the most generous contributorsrto this total being Watts 23, Wusoii 55, ilornabrook 4<, and Montgomeiy 00.
