Mount Victoria Croquet Club
Alembers’ day of the Alount Victoria Croquet Club held recently provided great enjoyment for all present.
During afternoon tea the president, Mrs. Campbell, on behalf of the club, presented Airs. Chirnside (past president) with a crystal bowl as a token of appreciation (from all members) for her past valuable services to the club. During the afternoon competitions were entered into, the following being the winners:—“French," Airs. Pearson; “golf,” Airs. Jones; "hurry-scurry,” Alesdames Pearson and Howartson: “clock.” Alesdames- Wallace and Rhodes. . .
