MARSDEN OLD GIRLS
Reunion at School
Every year at the same time as the school sports are held the old girls of Marsden gather at the school, Karori. The country girls live at Marsden during that time and join in the reunion.' Tbe tennis match between Old Girls and Present Girls, played on Saturday, resulted in a win for Present Girls. In the evening the old girls entertained the present girls at a very enjoyable party, which was thoroughly appreciated by everyone, and on Sunday afternoon Miss Mayhew was at home to the old girls. Yesterday, at the school sports, there were many old girls present. To-day the old girls will attend early communion at St. Mary’s Church, Karori, and afterward take breakfast at Marsden. After attending school assembly they will hold their annual meeting, which will draw to a close an outstandingly successful reunion. Among the country girls staying at. Marsden are Misses Nancy Hales, Joan Dutton, Betty Harris, B. Matthews, June Matthews, M. Eraser.
