Palmerston North Cases

Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, Oct. 29. Petitions for divorce were dealt with by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court yesterday. Arthur Brandon Innes, bookseller, of Wellington, sought a divorce from Madeline Hooper Innes on the grounds of her failure to obey au order for restitution of conjugal rights. A decree nisi was granted. Ou the grounds of adultery. George Robert Deane, grocer, of Masterton, was granted :: decree nisi against bis wife, Emily Elizabeth Deane. Eric Ernest Butler, engine driver, of Taumaruuui, was awarded a decree nisi against Lila Butler on the grounds that the parties bad been separated for more than three years. On similar grounds. Idly Beatrice, Rankin -ryas granted a decree nisi against James Rankin, farmer, of Dannevirke. Rita Catherine Mary Hat ill was granted a decree nisi against Stephen James Havill, of Palmerston North; Mary Irene Rountree, of Feilding, was granted a decree nisi against Allan Rountree, labourer, of Shannon ; Jessie. May Wright, of Dannevirke. was granted a decree nisi from Percy Wright: and Albert Walker Findlay, telegraph linesman, of Paeroa, was granted a decree nisi against Caroline Mary Findlay. Gladys Gwendoline Pearson was granted a decree absolute against Charles Eric : Pearson, motor engineer, -of Palmerston 1 North.
