Australian Prohibition “FIVE "YEAR PLAN” BARRED (Rec. September 6, 9.45 p.m.) Canberra, September 6. The Federal Government has prohibited the filming by Labour organisations of “The Five Year Plan,” purporting to reveal the true conditions of the Soviet, on the ground that the scenes and situations were specially enacted and are misleading. The Government considers that it Is under no obligation to provide facilities for any form of Soviet propaganda. 1
