Ministerial. The lit. Hon. G. W. Forbes, Prime Minister, who has been paying an official visit to Auckland, will return to Wellington by the Limited express this morning. The Hon. R. Masters, Minister of Education, will return from Auckland this morning. He will later speak at the opening of a conference at Parliament of primary secondary, technical, and native school inspectors. The Hon. A. Hamilton, PostmasterGeneral, who has been in the south for several days, will return to Wellington this morning. Mr E W F, Gobns. Conciliation Commissioner, will leave Wellington for Wanganui to-day. Bishop West-Watson, of Christchurch, who arrived in Wellington yesterday, returned south last evening. The Mayor of Christchurch, Mr. D. G. Sullivan, M.P., arrived in Wellington yesterday morning from the south. Mr J T; Grose, general manager of the National Bank of New Zealand, returned to Wellington yesterday from Auckland.
Mr. J. H. Lowe, who has been manager of the Union Bank at. Martinborough for the past two years and a half, has been transferred to Waimate in a similar capacity. Mr. A. H. Shroff and Mr. A. H. Shroff, Auckland : Mr. R. Wynne, Mr. F. W. .1. May. Mr. G. F. Colbeck and Mr. J. A. P. Philps. Christchurch; aud Mr. P. H. Hogg, Invercargill, are at the Hotel St. George.
Mr. L. Speechley, Palmerston North; Mr. G. J. Park, Mr. P. H. Browne, and Mr. R. J. Elliott, Auckland; Mr. and Mrs. A. Petty, New Plymouth; Mr. and Mrs. A. H. R. Amess, Stratford; Mr. T. Jackson, Rotorua;i Mr. IT. Trimble, Inglewood; Mr. R. Leitcli, Timaru; Mr. T. Scott, aud Mr. W. G. Aldridge, Dunedin ; and Mr. E. W. Bierre, Sydney, are it the Grand Hotel.
