TENNIS CLUB’S YEAR
Khandallah Annual Meeting A successful season was reported at the annual meeting of the Khandallah Lawn Tennis Club, which was held last week. The membership was reported as being higher than it had ever been since the club’s formation some oO years ago. Club events aroused much interest during the season, and several of the championships changed hands. Officers for the ensuing season elected as follow-Patron, Mr. J. G. Smith; president. Mr.. R. B. Gibbons, vice-presidents. Messrs. A. H. Bath.. N. Fiemin". A. B. Gibbons, D. G. McCaul, H. M. Nalder. H. H. Ahearn, and Dr. T. G. Gfay; hon. auditor. Mr. O. G. Kember; hon. secretary. Mr. R. J. Morgan; hon. treasurer, Mr. I. M. Gault; club captain Mr M. O. Gardner; management committee. Misses McDonnell and McCaul, Messrs. Grant, Sutton, and Wright; delegates to Wellington Lawn Tennis Association. Messrs. M. O. Gardner and I. M. Gault. , Opening dav was fixed for September 24. '
