WEATHER OVER WEEK-END
Perfect Conditions in Wellington From a weather point of view Wellington experienced a delightful weekend. Saturday was a perfect day, the sun shining warmly from a cloudless sky; there was practically no wind. Yesterday was also bright and sunny with a breeze from the north; In Auckland there was a continuation of fine weather during the weekend, the wind being a light northeasterly. Conditions were cloudy and unsettled yesterday. The barometer has fallen slightly. In Christchurch the weather over the week-end was tine but cold. Saturday was cloudless, but there was not so much sunshine yesterday. The wind was from the north-east. The barometer continues its downward path. Fine and sunny weather prevailed in Dunedin on Saturday, following 8 degrees of frost. A cold wind from the north-east was blowing. Conditions yesterday were fine but cloudy, and the wind was still moderate from the north-east. The barometer Is falling.
