The new House of Parliament and Public Offices for Northern Ireland, just erected in Belfast, will be opened in October or November, probably by the King. They are magnificent buildings. The architect is Mr. A. Thornley, F.R.1.8.A., a member of a .Liverpool firm. It is estimated that the hew building when completed will cost well over a million pounds.
