CLAIM FAILS
Sequel to Collision As the result of a collision between his motor-lorry and a motor-car, owned by Lady Edwards, and driven by Eric Henry Burbush, William'George Web ster brought an action in the Magistrate’s Court in which he claimed £259 13/- damages against Lady Edwards and Burbush. Holding that the collision was caused by the negligence of the plaintiff, Mr. E. Page. S.M., dismissed the claim, and gave judgment for the defendants for £SI/W- ©« a emteMMa.
