Vegetables for Unemployed INSTRUCTIONS APPROVED A draft circular of instructions to district committees was approved at a meeting of the Wellington Garden Allotment Committee which was held yesterday. Mr. F. S. Pope presided. The circular will be distributed in the course of the next few days. The seedsmen are now quite ready with seeds and manure, and as soon as the district committees make known their needs these will be handed out under proper safeguards. It was reported that it was hoped to make an announcement as to the new secretary who will succeed the late Mr. A. R. Stone before the end of the week. A meeting to • form a committee in the Berhampore district will be held in St. Cuthbert’s Hall, Luxford Street, on Tuesday evening next
