Sydney’s Telephone-Users Sydney, August 5. Telephone disconnections for eighteen months exceeded new connections by a thousand per month in the Sydney metropolitan area; However, last month new connections slightly exceeded the disconnections, which the authorities interpret as a sign of returning prosperity and increased trade.
