Salesman Convicted SERIES OF CHARGES . By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, August 4. Formerly employed by Hope Gibbous, Ltd., Thomas Chisholm, a salesman, aged 30, faced a number of charges this morning involving thefts from the firm, failure to account for moneys, and false pretences. Chisholm was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence within two years if called upon on four charges. On the remaining charges he was convicted and discharged.
