ORGAN RECITAL
Evening Series Continued Only 30 people attended tiie organ recital by Sir. Bernard F. Page, City Organist, at the Town Hall last evening. The unpleasant weather conditions which prevailed were no doubt partly responsible for the small attendance. The recital was the fourth of a series of week-night recitals. Mr. Page's programme comprised Chorale from Cantata No. 147 (Bach) ; the First Movement of Beethoven’s “Fifth Symphony in C Minor”; Jongen’s CantabiJe; a selection of ‘‘Pelieas and Melisande” (Debussy) ; Legend Op. 16 (Harvey Grace), and Cesar Franck’s “Fnntaisie in A”; “Pavane pour line Infante Definite” (Ravel);-“Noces de Diamant” (Roques), and the first Symphonic Chorale of Karg-Elert.
