Meteorological Office, Wellington, Thursday, July 14, 1932, 4 p.m. Pressure is low over the whole New Zealand area. Cyclones have been centred to-day respectively north of the Bay of X’lenty and near Chatham Islands, while a slight secondary has been located west of Farewell Spit. • Strong southerly winds, of gale force at places, but gradually moderating. Seas heavy south of East Cape; elsewhere rough in New Zealand waters. Strong southerly winds in the eastern Tasman Sea, with rough seas, but wind and sea gradually ipoderating. Weather cold and changeable with showers in most districts; snow on the ranges and hail on parts of the East Coast Mainly fair, however, , In Westland.
