GRACE.—On July 13, 1932, at his residence, 20 Pinnacle Street, Seatoun. William Arthur Grace; aged 87. HART.—On July 13, 1932 at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. H. Gray, 195 Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North, Nancy, dearly loved wife of Mr. IV. G. Hart, of 19 Argyle Avenue. Palmerston North; aged 62 years. Loved in life, treasured in death, A beautiful memory is all we have left. McNABB. —At Nelson on July 11, 1932, Edward McNabb, late of 30 Humber St., Island Bay; aged 76 years. OAKLEY.—On July 12.1932, at Wellington, Annie Sarah Oakley, daughter ot the late Captain Oakley, of Auckland, in her 80th year. Interment at Auckland, July 16. A funeral service will / be held at the Mortuary Chapel ot L. Morris, Junr., Ltd., at 3 p.m., To-day, July 14. SCOTT.—On July 13, 1932, at 37 Wakefield Street, Lower Hutt, Annie hwort, widow of the late John Tudbope Scott, aged 86 years. Private interment.
