Young Woman Knocked Over DRIVER DOES NOT STOP Dominion Special Service. | Foxton, June 15. When walking along the edge of the ' bitumen in Johnson Street al about 8.30 pan. on Monday evening, Miss G. Ney- , lon said that she saw a lorry approaching and stopped off the road. It swerved, however, and knocked iter down. She was thrown heavily, and received a broken leg above the ankle, the driver not stopping to give assistance. Miss Neylon lay on the ground until discovered by a nearby resident, I who heard her groans. She was attended to by Dr. E. M. Wyllie. ami removed to her home in Patrick Street Miss Neylon's mother was knocked ! down by a bicycle some time ago and i injured. [
