LOANS BY LEAGUE
Bondholders’ Interests PROTECTIpN IN BRITAIN London, June 13. The Bank of England has appointed a committee, including Sir Austen Chamberlain. Viscount Goschen, Sir Otto Niemeyer, and Sir Arthur Salter, which will be available in case of need to protect the interest of bondholders of League of Nations loans. The appointment of the committee is regarded as a recognition of moral, though not legal, responsibility.
