STOCK UNDER SECURITY
Warning Against Sale It has been brought to the notice of the Rural Intermediate Credit Board that in a few cases the proceeds of the sale of stock, under security to the board, have not been accounted for io the board by the companies concerned, but have been paid to the farmers direct. The board intimated that it views seriously any departure from the normal procedure, and insists on all proceeds being paid direct to the board, and must; bold the companies concerned liable for any loss which the board may suffer in this connection.
