AN EARLY ELECTION
Newfoundland Politics (Ree. April 14, 5.5 p.m.) St. Joint’s (Newfoundland), April 13. The House of Assembly will resume its session on April 19 and the business will be concluded ns early as possible. A dissolution will be asked for and an election held without delay. It was decided at a caucus of the Government party to-day that the Premier, Sir Richard Squires, should lead the party in the election campaign. Sir William Coaker. Minister without portfolio. Mr. W. W. tj-lalfyard. Minister for Posts and Telegraph, anti Mr. Arthur Barnes. Secretary of State, will retire from public life.
