STEAMER WRECKED
Passengers All Saved Tokio, April 13. The Taisei Mara .from Hakodate, proceeding to the northern fisheries, is reported to be totally wrecked near Okihaya. Steamers are hurrying to the rescue. . Nine hundred and fifty fishermen were passengers. (Rec. April 14, 10.40 p.m.) Tokio, April 14. The weather is moderating. Everybody on board has been rescued. Ship and cargo are a total loss;
