May 3, 1932, for the supply of 8 or 10 Omnibus Chasses, certified by the Commissioner of Transport, to carry 23-25 passengers and standees extra, in accordance with regulations under. “The Transport Licensing Act, 1931.” Tenderers must supply full details of chasses submitted and specify the earliest possible date of delivery of. the whole or portion. Tenderers must provide for delivery aud payment at ’Wellington on a c.f. and e. basis, exchange based at 10 per cent, (any variation to be to the Departments account), and Customs entry passed by the Department and alternatively f.o.b.
