Minor Competitions HERETAUNGA TOURNEY Minor competitions which were run in conjunction with the Wellington ladies’ provincial championship tourney at Herctaunga resulted: — Foursomes.—Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Foreman won the gross foursomes, and Miss Gilmer and Mrs. Johnston the handicap foursomes Putting.—The .putting competitions were won as follow : First day, Mrs. Risliardson; second day. Mrs. Aicken: third day. Mrs. Brook. The winners of Wednesday s L.G.U. competition of the Shandon Ladies’ Midweek Club were as followsj —Silver division, Mr?. Frazer, 97 —15—-82 ; bronze division. Mrs. Monteith, 98 —22—-76, and Mrs. Jackson. 109—-33—76, tied ; (L Davidson. Mrs. Congalton, 111 —36—75. HUTT LADIES’ CLUB At the annual meeting of the Hutt Ladies' Golf Club the following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—Captain, Miss Davidson: secretary, Mrs. Wagg;' committee.. Mrs. Chesney, Mrs. Rainey, Miss N. Ballinger. The season will commence next Metlnesday with a Canadian foursome, play to commence at noon.
