Completion of Engagement The City Council has decided to terminate the engagement of Mr. H. Butcher, city town planner, as from August. 31. Mr. Butcher was only appointed for n limited term, and that came to an end over a year ago, when it was extended another alx months to enable him to wteia plaw.
