Union Cargo Service
The following are the movements of Union Company vessels in its intercolonial cargo service: — The Gabriella, from Newcastle and Sydney, is due at Bluff to-morrow, thence to Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Greymouth, returning thence to Sydney and Newcastle to load for Wanganui. The Kalingo. from Greymouth, is due at Sydney on Wednesday, thence to Newcastle, to load for Napier and Gisborne. The Kapbnga is to leave Wellington about Wednesday for Greymouth, to load for Sydney, Brisbane, and Newcastle. The Karepo, from Edithburg, is to leave Adelaide to-morrow, and Melbourne next Saturday for New Plymouth, Auckland. Wellington, and Tarakohe. She is due here about March 31. The Karetu, from Newcastle, left Sydney last Friday for Fiji,' Tonga, and Auckland.
The Kartigi is to load at Newcastle today for Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton. The Kiwitea is to leave Wellington toward the end of this week for Newcastle, to load for Miramar.
The Waikouaiti. at present laid up at Port Cbalmers for overhaul and survey, is to leave there on March 22 for Bluff, thence to Sydney. She will then load at Newcastle, Sydney, and Hobart, for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Timaru. The Wainui, from Wellington, via Bluff, was due at Melbourne on Saturday. She is to leave there again on Wednesday for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington, and is due here on March 24. BRUNSWICK IN PORT. To complete discharge of her bulk motor spirit from Los Angeles, the Atlantic Union Oil Company’s Diesel-elec-tric tanker Brunswick arrived in the stream at Wellington late on Saturday night from Auckland, and berthed yesterday morning at Aotea Quay. She is to leave here again to-morrow for San Pedro. THE NORTHUMBERLAND. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received cabled advice that the Federal steamer Northumberlnd, in ballast from Glasgow, cleared Caracas Bay on March 10. She is due in New Zealand on April 4 to commence her homeward loading. . THE MAIMOA. The Shaw, Savill Company advises that the Maimoa, in ballast from London, via the Cape of Good Hope, is due at Oamaru on March 21, to commence her homeward loading. ' MONOWAI AT SAN FRANCISCO. Cabled advice has been received by the Union Company that its liner Monowai, from Sydney and Wellington, reached San Francisco at 10 p.m. last Thursday. She is to leave there again on Wednesday for Papeete, Rarotonga, Wellington, and Sydney, and is due here on April 4. TONGARIRO LOADING. In ballast from Falmouth, the New Zealand Shipping Company’s Tongariro was due at Tokomaru Bay on Saturday to commence her Homeward loading. She will'later complete at Bluff, Port Chalmers, Timaru and Wellington, is due here, on March 29, and is scheduled to clear this port finally on April 1 for London, via Cape Horn and Dakar. THE CANADIAN CRUISER. Canadian National Steamships have received cabled advice that the Canadian Cruiser, en route from Halifax to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Australia, cleared Balboa on March 9. She is due at Auckland 011 April 5. PORT ALMA~LOADING. To complete discharge of her London cargo, and to commence her Homeward loading, the O.- and D. Line motor-ship Port Alma, is due at New Plymouth early this morning from Dunedin. She is to leave there again next Saturday for Nelson, Wellington, Gisborne and Auckland to complete. The Port Alma is due here on March 25, and is scheduled to clear Auckland finally on April 9 for London, via Cape Horn and Dakar. RANGITIKI’S MOVEMENTS. To continue her Homeward loading, the New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor-liner, Rangitiki, reached _ Lyttelton yesterday afternoon from Napier. She is due ■at Wellington on Thursday to complete, and, is scheduled to clear this port finally at noon on March 24 for London, via the Panama Canal. MAKURA AT SYDNEY. Cabled advice has been received that the Union Company’s R.M.S. Makura, from San Francisco and Wellington, reached Sydney at 6 a.m. on Saturday. She will leave there again on Thursday for Wellington, Rarotonga, Papeete and San Francisco, and is due here next Monday morning.

THE PORT BRISBANE. Loading to the agency of the Shaw, Savill Company, the C. and D. Line steamer, Port Brisbane, is now to leave Gisborne to-morrow for Picton, New Plymouth, Wanganui, and Wellington, to complete her Homeward loading. She g now due here on March 31, and is scheduled to clear this port finally on April 4 for Southampton, the Continent and London, via Cape Horn and Monte video.
THE CANADIAN CONQUEROR. The Canadian National steamer Canadian Conqueror, which has been delayed at Auckland by engine trouble. left there at noon-yesterday for to continue discharge of her Halifax cargo and to load for New York. Boston. and Montreal. She is. due here ‘ row afternoon, and will leave again on Wednesday for Lyttelton. Dunedin. Bluff, and Australia.
NEW ZEALAND IN PORT. Running under charter to the Texas Oil Company,, the motor-tanker New Zealand arrived in the stream at Wellington at 6 p.m. yesterday from Auckland, and will berth this morning at the Point Howard Wharf to discharge bulk motor spirit from Los Angeles. She is expected to leave here again to-day for Lyttelton and Dunedin.
WIRRAL LEAVES BALBOA. Running under charter to the A. and A. Line, the chartered steamer Wirral is reported to have cleared Balboa last Wednesday for Auckland Lyttelton. Dunedin, and A«straha. 8 e is due at Auckland on April 5. The Federal Company are the local agents.
