Banker’s Widow and Maid POLICE HUNT FOR NEGRO (Rec. January 14, 7.30 p.m.) New York, January 13. A,murder which has aroused attention throughout the nation occurred at Middleburg, Virginia, one of America’s most fashionable hunting centres. Yesterday Mrs. Agnes Ilsley, the so-cially-prominent young widow of a wellknown banker, and Mrs. Mina Buckner, her elderly maid, were found beaten to death in their beds, presumably whh an iron boot jack. The police are searching for a former negro servant whom Mrs. Ilsley discharged a year ago.
