Senate Passes Loans Bill ; CREDITS WITHIN A WEEK (Rec. January 12, 7.10 p.m.). Washington, January 1.1. The Senate passed the two billiondollar Reconstruction Corporation Bill. The credit institution Is expected to function within a week. The finance Corporation now has power to put its billions in loans into banks, trust companies, agricultural livestock corporations, mortgage and loan companies, and exporting agencies. -V
