The amount of £l/4/- covers all charges to delivering at the friend’s private house, to whom a postcard will be forwarded indicating {he sender’s name. If a postponement is decided upon on account of weather, a four-flag postponement signal will' be flown at Mount Victoria Signal Station from 7.30 a.ta. to 8’.30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, and no Wharf Holiday will be observed by the Board on this day.
