Davies, lOst. 41b. (Pahiatua) ; L. Plank. lOst. 51b. (Wanganui) lost to J. Ford.-list. (Masterton); J. Luttrell (Hawke’s' Bay) and H. Reeve (Pahiaturt). lightweight champions of their respective districts, provided a good encounter, the Verdict going to Reeve. ■ Mr. J. P. Evans refereed.
