Victorian Championships (Rec. December 13, 5.5 p.m.) Melbourne, December 13 The Victorian tennis championships concluded yesterday. Crawford by defeating Hopman 7—5, o—Q—3,0 —Q—3, 0—.4 won the singles title. Crawford played his best game, placing shots with amazing command. In the. men’s doubles championship Patterson and Hopman beat Turnbull and Quist 2—6, 7—5. S—6, 6—2. Women’s Singles Championship.— Mrs. A.. Robertson beat Miss T.e Me«surler C—2, 6—l. Mixed Doubles Championship.— Crawford and Mrs. Crawford beat Hopman and Miss Hall B—4J, 6—B, 6 —4.
