Mystery Still Unsolved
DETECTIVES REINFORCED Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, September 5. The mystery surrounding, the murder of Edwin J. Blakeway at Karere on August 21 still remains unsolved. i Detectives from all parts of the Dominion are now engaged on investigations, and since last week-end detectives skilled in murder investigation have been sent to Palmerston North to co-operate with the police and detective officers. A car has been placed at their disposal. The number of police officers assembled under Inspector Harvey, of Palmerston North, is stated to be the largest that has ever been assembled in one place in the Dominion.
