Moderate to strong southerly winds, veering soon to north-easterly in the northern portion; sens moderate, but rising. Weather: Still some scattered showers, especially in the northern and southern extremities, but mainly fair to cloudy. Later, however, becoming unsettled again generally with further rain developing.
