HOW TO MAKE A HAND-. BAG
It is not too early to-start making Christmas presents. If you follow these instructions carefully you can make this pretty pochette bag. If you look at Fig. 1 you will see the shape required; the material used might be velvet, suede cloth,- or anything similar. Bend along .the lines marked so that B falls on A, and D on
0. Sew sides up neatly and turn over top flap. Now look at Fig. 2. You will find that a small buckle has been added just under the flap, and also a strap of the same material (marked E) has been neatly joined at the top, thus forming the bag fastener. In Fig. 3 you see how the bag looks when complete. •
