WINTER SHOW
Trade and Amusement ATTRACTIVE DISPLAYS Ingenious devices that arc used in manufacturing various household commodities, and bright trade displays, arranged in a novel manner, continue to draw a steady stream of visitors to the Wellington Winter Show all day and every evening. An opportunity, too, is provided of inquiring into the relative merits of competing products, and the facilities available at the Show for this important task make the occasion a unique chance for buyers to compare values. In addition to these attractions, there are a large number of side-shows, at which amusement can be obtained. Each evening a free entertainment is provided.
Beginning to-morrow, the novel “allcomers’ ” dog show, under the auspices of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, will be held, and some interesting exhibits should be seen in the novel competitions which have been introduced. w
