BROADBENT FLIES ON
Round-Australia Air Dash Sydney, September 1. Mr. H. Broadbent, the Australian airman, on Monday, restarted on his round-Australia flight from Mascot. He reached Brisbane in five hours and continued on to Rockhampton. He arrived at Townsville at 5.30 p.m. and continues for Newcastle Waters at dawn. Broadbent arrived at Cloncurry, Queensland, at 11.30 a.m. yesterday from Townsville. After refuelling, lie hopped off again at 1 p.m. He expects to arrive at Wyndham on Thursday, and hopes to be back in Sydney on Sunday next. (By Radio per Mr. I. M. Levy.)
