Bona Fides Must be Shown “With regard to unlicensed, hawkers, I have been directed by tbe by-laws committee of the council to inform you that the only satisfactory way of getting information regarding these men is for householders to require the hawker to produce liis license, and if no license is forthcoming to ring the police or traffic office,” stated the town clerk, Wellington, in a letter received by the Wellington Chamber of Commerce at its meeting last evening. “The three corporation rangers have instructions to report any cases of unlicensed hawking which come under their notice, and occasionally do discover some such cases,” he added. The letter was received.
