A RARE DOG
For “Billy,” a sheep-dog owned by Mr. P. Simonlte, of Crossgates, the claim is made that he is the.cleverest dog in Yorkshire. ■ He insists oh sitting at table for meals, with napkin on,' add his fdod has to be served in. a large ctip. When requested to say grace he reverently bows his-head over his cup and maintains that posture for a few seconds before eating. When his master or any other member of the family is about to take wine Billy Will pull the cork out of the bottle as nearly as any barman could do it. Mr. Simonite recently refused an offer of over three figures for “Billy,” who can also unlace Mr. Simonlte’s shoes and take them off. Mr. Simqnite would not sell the dog at any price.’
