Sunshine and Keen South Wind
The weather was again bright and sunny in Wellington yesterday, but there was a keen south wind. A light southerly wind and fine weather prevailed nt Auckland yesterday. It was the finest dny experienced there for weeks. Following 14 degrees of frost, the weather at Christchurch was fine, but toward midday a cold south-west breeze snrr.ng —> nnd made conditions unpleasant. The maximum temperature was 46 decrees. A fresh south-westerlv wind prevailed nt Dunedin, with occasional rain showers. The maximum temperaturs wae 4< degrees.
