Upper Hutt Club The balance-sheet submitted at the annual meeting of the Upper Hutt Bowling. Croquet, ami Tennis Club last Tuesday showed the finances to bo satisfactory. The trophies won during last season" were presented as follow:—Women's championship: Miss J. Shcil. Men's championship: Mr. W. Edwards. Wilkie Shield—Women: Miss G. Dalton. Men: Mr. G. Robertson. Dyer Cup: Miss D. Marryatt and Mr. E. Marryatt. Mazengarb trophies: Miss L. Holes and Mr. G. Robertson. Mr. J. Pepper, winner of the bowling championship, was presented with a cup. The officers were elected as follows:— Chairman, Mr. A. G. Minnby; president, Mr. ,• ,”°l’P er ; vice-presidents. Messrs. T. Lightfoot, G. Robertson, and Mrs. Rogers; club secretary and treasurer. In the croquet section, Mrs. Harper won the intermediate championship and was also runner-up with Mrs. Boocock in the junior.
