Claim for Damages Fails A claim for £3OO damages against the New Zealand Refrigerating Company by Ernest Woolwright, heard before ' Mr. J. 11. Salmon, S.M., in the Wanganui Police Court, failed. No costs were asked for by defendants. The case arose out of an accident in which Woolwright was tossed by a bullock being driven by drovers for the refrigerating company,' and in which he was severely injured.
