Summer Scale Next Month On the recommendation of the milk committee the City Council has agreed to lower the price of milk and cream as from August 20 next. The new prices will be as follow: — Milk.—Bottled (retail), 5Jd. per quart; bulk (wholesale), 1/5 per gallon; bulk (to dairies). 1/6 per gallon.
