. Trust Account Lapse ? John Mervin Hobin, solicitor. of Whakatane, was yesterday suspended by the Court of Appeal for three years, on. a charge brought against him by the New Zealand Law Society of failing to keep his trust account in proper order during the past nine months. He was ordered to pay 15 guineas costs and disbursements, including auditor's fee. Mr. Von Haast appeared for the Law Society, and Mr. F. C. Spratt for the defendant. ~
