OBITUARY

Mrs. A. A. Willis The death occurred in Wellington yesterday of Mrs. Amelia Ann Willis, aged 81, widow of the late Alexander Willis, secretary to Cabinet in the ’eighties. Mrs. Willis was a daughter of the late Rev. Mr. Nicholson, an early settler of Nelson and Marlborough. She was married in 1871 and there was a family of seven daughters and five sons.
