Film Combine’s Propaganda DISCLOSURES IN CANADA (Rec. July 7, 8 p.m.) Ottawa, July 6. Findings showing the existence of a motion picture combine in Canada are contained in a report under the Peter White Combines Investigation Act which the Commissioner submitted to the Minister of Labour on Monday. It is stated that 95 per cent, of the distribution of films Is controlled by a combine which carried on propaganda adverse to British films. Prosecutions may be launched by the Provincial authorities.
