District Committees’ Work ATTENDANCE HOURS Dealing With Applicants As the inter-church relief committees of the city and suburbs have duties to attend to other than interviewing applicants for assistance from the Mayors distress fund it has been deemed necessary in many cases to fix the hours during which this work will be done. _ .
