FORGED TELEGRAM
Man Gets Imprisonment By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton. June 18. In the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day Thomas Reginald Green, aged 49 labourer, charged with forging a telegram at Huntly. was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment. The evidence showed that Green forged a telegram, addressing it in the name of “Father” to Mrs. A. W. Beale, Carterton, requesting that £5 be sent to him urgently at Hamilton.
