. Arrangement of Dates By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, June 17. At a meeting of the New Zealand Hockey Association to-night, the ’Otago association gave notice declining June 27 as the date for a shield match with Canterbury. As Waikato had been allotted the second match it Was decided to offer June 27 to Waikato, and, failing immediate acceptance, the date would be offered to the Buller association, which had written asking for a match on that date. •
