Party Declared “Black” POLICE REINFORCED By Telegraph—Press Association. Greymouth, June 14. Miners have declared "black” the party formed to work an area of 74 acres of the Blackball Coal Company’s holding near E and D levels under a ten years’ lease. The party refused tbe union’s request to postpone starting until rhe union’s dispute with the Blackball Company is settled. Additional police have been drafted to Blackball.
