Collection of Moa Eggs.
A collection of moa egg fragments has been presented to the Wanganui Museum by Mr. J. J. West, who picked them up on sand dunes along the coast. It is said there are only two whole moa eggs in the world, one being in the Otago Museum, while the other is in the possession of a collector in London* who paid £BO xor it.
