Man With Housebreaking fools By Tele graph—Press Association. Christchurch. May 19. For being in possession of housebreaking tools by night. Charles Horace Payne, aged 23. a baker. was found juilty in the Christchurch Magistrate’s Court, to-day. He was sentenced by Mr. F. D. Moslev. S.M.. to a rear’s hard a hour. The police said that Payne was seen urking with other men in a doorway in Armagh Street. He was arrested and i chisel found in his possession fitted narks found in seven doorways where attemnts at entry had been made.
